Dr. Stephanie's Personal Story

From birth until age five, Dr. Stephanie spent her days in the care of her very progressive and wise great grandmother, Ella. Ella swore by the benefits of chiropractic and would take several buses and transfers to get across town to see her. Ella taught Dr. Stephanie that Chiropractic is the study of all things natural, this translated to the food they ate, the way symptoms were addressed, and living a healthy natural lifestyle. Dr. Stephanie earned her Bachelor's and subsequent Master's degree in clinical psychology where she worked in depth with diverse populations using the holistic approach that she had grown to live by. As she worked with people she realized that although the psyche is a big predictor of behavior it is not the only one and that the brain can easily hijack what the body has to say.

She then studied with world renowned Yogini, Dr. Stephanie and became certified in the TriYoga method for her own healing and to reach the people she was working with on a new level. Dr. Stephanie was then reintroduced to Chiropractic due to chronic symptoms in her neck, and after trying traditional routes she found herself in a Chiropractor's office. This inspirational Doctor reminded her of her Chiropractic roots and the philosophy that the body is a self healing organism and when the nerve highway, brain and spinal cord, is clear it can do its job. Dr. Stephanie knew it was her calling and within six months she moved from Boston to California to study chiropractic. While in school she continued to getting Chiropractic care for her neck. The symptoms were managed and would flair up during times of stress (ie: exams, relationships). Dr. Stephanie then committed to trying Network Chiropractic Care for an 8 week intensive program. During this time she noticed more ease in her neck, body, and life. Her ability to handle and process stress also shifted. The benefits Dr. Stephanie was experiencing inspired her to continue through the four levels of network care. The benefits continued with each adjustment. Not only did the neck pain she had for many years subside, but changes beyond her belief emerged. This method of Chiropractic care greatly changed Dr. Stephanie's life and health. She continues to receive Network care and is dedicated to helping others discover how it benefits them as well.
